The new Gardenview, located in Dartmouth’s Main Street area, is planned as a mixed-use multi-generational development project serving diverse community needs.  The two buildings will include 70 apartments above a market of restaurants, cafes, and other commercial services and are at the forefront of modest cost housing in Nova Scotia.
